The Crimea State Medical  University possesses 5 hostels with the total area of 11530 sq. m for accommodation of 2700 persons. The University saves no effort to provide the students with comfortable accommodation.  Living in a hostel offers an opportunity to meet other students and feel involved in university life. It accords special attention to students who come from foreign countries. Hostels belong to the University are around the University’s campus. 

There are two categories of rooms - two seated and three seated. Only on special permission and extra payment, a student will be given a separate room. The rooms are provided with built heaters, which can maintain the room temperature of about +18C to 23C. Rooms have their own bathrooms and cooking facilities and are fully furnished. 

Heavy winter blankets with bed covers, bed sheets, pillows, mattress, cupboards, reading tables, chairs, wardrobes etc., are provided. The hostels provide kitchen with oven for the students to cook. Market, post-office and telecommunication centers are close to the hostel. Health of a student is ensured. Medical check up is done annually on every student. Medical facilities are also available to all students. 

The students can also live in the flats or apartments in the city. Flatting is an important part of the university lifestyle, offering  more freedom and responsibility.

The University has a small rest place in Malorechenskoye village (Alushta district of Crimea) accommodating up to 30 persons.
