The Crimea State Medical University and its staff are keenly interested in maintaining and strengthening existing international relationships as well as new ones. 

The International Relations department is responsible for managing the relationships with the University's representatives overseas, and organizing incoming visits to the University. International relations is one of the most important lines of the Crimea State Medical University  activity. 

O.A.Losev is the vice-rector for the International relations. He leads University’s international office and its programs.  The University maintains close relations with many foreign educational establishments, public, state, interstate organizations and institutions. 

Crimea State Medical University has entered into agreements of co-operation with many Universities, mainly in Asia, Europe and USA. Most of the co-operative ventures with Universities are research oriented and others involve in the exchange of students. 

Currently more than 1600 foreign students are studying from 50 different countries. The Crimea State Medical University is also a member of  international organizations and national organizations. Many professors of Crimea State Medical University hold leading professions in these organizations. 

The Crimea State Medical University comprehensive range of research-based degree programmes is internationally recognised, attracting undergraduate and postgraduate students from all over the world. Crimea graduates occupy leading positions in business, the professions, politics and other occupations within Ukraine and around the world.

Each year many of our University staff members are sent to abroad to acquire foreign experience and many foreign specialists come to our University.
